All other graphics options seem to still be changeable. When I click Yes, the screen flickers again and it's set to 4K still. What will happen is that I will select a lower resolution, the screen will flicker and it will ask me if I want to keep the changes. If you right click the game in your library and go to properties, under general theres a button called "Set Launch Options" click on that and type in "-resolution xxxx xxxx" without the quotations, and replace the xs with your resolution of choice.
